Lauren at Travel with Character was an INCREDIBLE resource for our Hawaii family vacation. We had always wanted to visit Aulani but had heard that the reservations to get into the kids club, Luau and character breakfasts could be pretty competitive and that the opening dates for those services was a bit confusing. All I had to do was tell Lauren which things we wanted to do at Aulani. She booked all of our reservations for us the day they opened to the public and ensured we got the BEST of THE BEST! She recommended incredible restaurants (on and off the resort) and made reservations for us. She coordinated our kids club reservations and expertly timed our couple's massages over the same time. She was even able to recommend an amazing local photographer that did a beach sunset photoshoot with my family. And did I mention she also arranged shuttle service to and from the airport?!?! All we had to do was log into the daily itinerary that she prepared and our dream vacation was laid out day by day. Without Lauren, I seriously would have been lost on Aulani how-to tips and tricks Facebook pages. Hiring Travel with Character was the BEST decision we could have made for our vacation planning.
